We’re finally ready to share our big news: in February 2025, Venture Workspace will launch its latest serviced offering at Cape Town’s R4.5 billion Riverlands precinct.

What makes Riverlands desirable for modern professionals?

What sparked the idea to launch a new Venture Workspace office there?
We have long noticed a gap for upmarket P-grade (prime grade) offices here in Cape Town. So when we got wind of Riverlands, we knew it was exactly where we wanted to be. To ensure we got our foot in the door we began discussions with one of the largest property investment and development companies in South Africa, Zenprop. Our expansion into Riverlands has been in the pipeline since 2020.
